ZT.HJ360(Medium Manganese-oxide fused flux)
DESCRIPTION:
ZT.HJ360is a fused type medium manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granules of red dish brown to light yellow color about 10-60 mesh in size. It is suitable for use with AC and DCEP power source and it shows good stable process during electroslag welding. This flux is of certain desulphation ability for molten pool.
APPLICATIONS:
In combination with H10MnSi, H10Mn2,H08Mn2MoVA, H10Mn2MoA wires, this flux is primarily used for elecrtoslag welding of carbon and low alloy steel (such as A3、20g、16Mn、15MnV、14MnMoNb、18MnMoNb )heavy structures, frames of rolling machine and heavy section columns.
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1.Dry the flux at 250℃ for 2 hours before use
2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior. |
