ZT.HJ330£¨Medium Manganese-oxide flux£©
DESCRIPTION:
ZT.HJ330 is a fused type medium manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granule o f red dish brown color, about 8-40 mesh in size. It is suitable for use with AC and DCEP, and it shows good welding usability , easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance.
APPLICATIONS:
In combination with H08MnA,H08Mn2, H10Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for welding of carbon and low alloy steels(such as 16Mn, 15MnTi, 15 MnV and etc),for structures, boilers and pressure vessel.
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1.Dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use
2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. |
